Yoga teacher and Mudra-specialist
Deepak Gupta is a long-time Yoga practitioner and an IT professional who has been teaching Yoga at GYHC since 2007. He received his GYHC 200-hour and500-hour Yoga Teacher/Therapist certification and is a master of the science of MUDRAS. He has been a GYHC friend since 2004 and covers GYHC iniaitives in NJ.
He lives in Piscataway, New Jersey with his wife Geetanjali daughter Sangha mitra.
