Manju Joshi, M.A. (Sanskrit and Yoga, minor in Psychology), Gold medalist, Diploma in Fitness & Nutrition, E-RYT500, YACEP, C-IAYT, Reiki Master, MCO-Osteo and Holistic Nutrition Coach is the co-founder and research director of GYHC. She has brought Yoga into Continuing Education Programs in universities, public schools, and health and fitness centers.
Manju's journey in Yoga started in her teen years and has continued over the past 25+ years. She has turned her passion into a thriving institution of holistic learning serving the community. She is also the co-founder of FoodYogini, a new iniative co-founded in 2016 to advocate, educate, consult and create a market-place for holistic foods and goods globally.
Manju is a published author of Good Bye from WTC - a novella, and mother of two daughters, Veda and Illa, and an avid cook who likes to feed people.
Manju has deepened her practice over the past few years with SriVidya, Kundalini practices, mudras, mantras and much much more. She is an active online presenter for Yoga Alliance and an APD provider
faculty with focus on Chakras Demystified.
Manju lives with her husband, Prashant and their daughters, Veda and Illa in Austin, Texas.
